Fix unstable CI/CD build #245

Summary

CI/CD pipeline started failing for this project without changes to the codebase. Restart of the build did not change the result.

Blocked. This is related to upstream issue with rspec-puppet: https://github.com/rodjek/rspec-puppet/issues/810.

Something upstream got fixed in the last day-or-two making the builds green again. Closing.
