Hello,

I've been playing with this project for a few month now and I wanted to share some scripts that I've made to fasten the deployment of the stack and stack-set.

I'm aware that it has already been done with the Jenkinsfile or Ansible, but using simple bash scripts makes the project more accessible in my opinion. I hope it will help others easily start playing with those lambdas in their AWS environment and maybe start contributing. This PR also includes a simple README.md that shall need some more explanations.

Hi, I'm canceling the PR as the features provided are now hosted on a separate repository.

Feel free to take a look at the repo and try out the scripts to deploy the lambda.
