We can't install offline cli on MacOs Catalina #391

Bug description

We compile our mac dmg installation file on Bigsur and because of that we can run this image on Catalina version.

7.1.0

Workaround Complexity

There's an easy workaround

Workaround Description

  1. User can Install python 3.10.1 on Catalina environment
  2. User need to run : pip install conjur
