Request: Add option "Always On Extensions" #12

Hi, first of all thanks for your extension. I like it so far.

I think a good improvement would be an option for always enabled extensions like in this similar extension https://github.com/aaronpowell/vscode-profile-switcher

Hi. you can use extensions.common option for this, please refer to the manual.
