Cannot clone Default profile when no other profile exists #7

As requested here aleready: https://github.com/cyberbiont/vscode-profiles/issues/1#issuecomment-842763924

It would be nice to be able to clone the default profile, without having to create a second profile before.

How to reproduce

  1. Make sure there is only the default profile
  2. Use Profiles: Clone to try to clone the Default profile
