Notification/watchlist update frequency selection #10

Some systems may have a hard time grabbing all those pages at such a short default interval. It would be wise to add a slider for selecting how often pages should be checked for updates: Very Often (1 minute), Often (5-10 minutes), Occasionally (10-30 minutes), Hourly (60 minutes), and maybe others between those listed. Maybe two separate settings for Notifications and Watchlist?

Closing. Lowered frequency to 10 minutes. Testing proved this is a nice cycle time for notifications, and it doesn't seem to affect overall network performance. I don't see any value added for a frequency selection.
