Once this portion is done, I'll release as an opt-in beta in 2.3.x. If it works and people aren't reporting major bugs, I'll take it out of beta and release it in 2.4.

It's running good so far! Getting some nice results from unit testing. Picked out a color for the watch buttons, as well: #3c94a7. It's the color of the selected sub-menu emphasis:

Since it's pulled straight from the theme, I think it should integrate well. Now to decide on where to put the button...

Forget the above comment, this is the final UI: This works better on both groups and tracks, as both have the same format for the sidebar. It's more obvious, accessible, and awesome.
