Allow running watchlist when not logged in #109

This could make it faster to update watchlist information when starting up, as the login process still requires at least some input from the user. It would also facilitate continuing the watchlist even if the user is logged out while using their computer, which could happen for various reasons. This would have a limitation that private groups and tracks could not be updated, but perhaps that's OK if acknowledged.

Currently implemented, but not optioned yet. Will leave that to a new issue if desired.
