Add character count to comments, descriptions, etc. #115

Hey, so I was thinking that it would be a good idea to have a countdown on comments and track descriptions showing how many more characters we can write, so that we know how much we can write and stuff

Good idea. Using a plugin would make it trivial, as plugins automatically pull the maximum length info from the DOM.
