Make notification bar appear over navigation #72

This would prevent the content shifting when a notification hides.

This is already implemented on the options page, just copy the code. Easy. :smile:

Done. Needs to be optioned.

Optioned. Disabled by default, as there is still a jarring transition when the content script is loaded.
