Add user links to @mentions #73

Adding links would allow notifications when mentioned. See #55. image

Added user links. Currently only links the part after the @. Needs to be optioned.

Option is by default false and hidden. The intent of this was to provide a way to subscribe to @ mentions of yourself by matching profile links. I think it's probably better to subscribe to keywords that are customizable, one of which (by default) is @username.
