Support for magnetometer #19

According to e-puck2 documentation, there is a magnetometer available: https://github.com/cyberbotics/webots_ros2/pull/59#issuecomment-606573216

This is also missing in the e-puck2 proto file in Webots and webots_ros2_epuck
