Describe the Bug Why is my software interface not in the center? There will be a circle of black around, how should I modify it? image

It looks like related with some high DPI display problem, see this discussion with possible solutions. You may have to edit this file to implement a patch, specific to your case. Let us know if you found a fix for the problem.
