crash when sending (too many?) midi messages ? #24

i noticed this happened twice when i was trying to control recurboy with a home_made midi controller (sending values from based on reading from light dependent resistor)

i assume the buffer got full or something since i didnt see this happen when i was using normal midi control,,,

found the problem and have confirmed the fix suggested works - just need to push the changes now and create new release / image with this included
