Issues resolved during port:

• azurelib package changes
  • Made sure azurelib packets are registered, so clients can receive animation events from the server. Guns' animations are restored and the muzzles blaze with glory!
• Additional Parameters required for projectiles. Since most of them are forced to never drop their item, they are given the empty ItemStack constant instead.
• Overhauled Gun Table recipe stuff. Vanilla moved recipe deserialization to Codecs, so I took the chance to completely reformat the gun table recipe json to simplify it in midst of adapting to Minecraft's internal changes.
  • Also moved gun table recipes to Data Generation too
  • Recipes should be exactly the same and are mistakes if different otherwise
• Fixed rare crashes by forcing packet handlers to run behaviors on main thread, instead of being from the network thread
