runner bursters do not spawn #271

quadrupedal hosts will go through the motions of facehugged, gestation etc. without issue but when they actually die nothing is spawned. just their default drops and no extraterrestrial horror!

I've tested this on 1.20.6 and my own going port, can't recreate. If this is for older versions, they aren't updated anymore
