Supply chain issues may necessitate switching to Falcon motors. Assess our calls to the motor controller to determine how to migrate functionality of:

Instantiating motors
Instantiating encoders
Applying gear ratios to encoder values
PIDF controls with speed control

Can the code be updated to allow for either motor type?
