update hub tokens, networks and channels contracts #33

hub-tokens contract:

change parameter channel(uint64) to channel_id (string)

hub-networks contract:

change validations of the genesis_hash parameter (from [a-z0-9-] to ipfs cid)
change validations of the chain_id parameter (from [a-z0-9-] to [a-z0-9-_])

hub-channels contract:

change validations of the source_chain_id parameter (from [a-z0-9-] to [a-z0-9-_])
change validations of the destination_chain_id parameter (from [a-z0-9-] to [a-z0-9-_])

@cyborgshead need to add validation for null value of `'logo' parameter in hub tokens contract
