Add page with token packets that new neuron can invest and buy, kind of:

NEURON LITE (few gigs/amperes/volts)
NEURON CREATOR (tens of gigs/amperes/volts)
NEURON PRO (bunch of tokens) adjust packet size to current equivalent of ETH based on chain capitalization (0.05/0.2/1) for example
