Address balances API #45

We need to show address balances at least for BTC and ETH.

For demo. Check indexation status - balance calculation is healthy. Get balance with 3rd party client and compare the result.

We already have api for contracts, just need test of relevance.

There is no link to that API. Neither in Swagger, nor here in this ticket. Posting relevant commits here would help. Adding link to documentation (Swagger server is okay) will help too.

Current left scope is to test balanced.
