Use absolute paths for setting BUNDLE_BUILD__RGEO #10

I gave it a try, but it doesn't seems to work any better for me :|

I tried on a new simple rack app that just had 2 gems rack and rgeo and then also on one of our production apps for which I first had to nuke the bundler cache using heroku repo:purge_cache. I also tried it with ruby 1.9.3 as well as ruby 2.0.0 and it worked in both those cases.
