Hackintosh no audio? #259

Bit of a long shot here, but I am having trouble using Soundflower on a 
unibeast Hackintosh running OSX Lion.

On a Gigabyte Z68MX-UD2H-B3 motherboard Soundflower used to work fine, but I 
since switched to a Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3P I just don't get any audio.

Any ideas what could be the root of the problem? I'm hoping with some input 
from the people over at TonyMac we could find a solution...
