Thank you for sharing the MSS. After clicking on the plot twice to define the low and high frequency, there is no RETURN button in the figure.

I tested this in Matlab using elements A(6,6) and B(6,6) for the tanker:

load tanker; EditAB(reshape(vessel.A(6,6,:),60,1),reshape(vessel.B(6,6,:),60,1),vessel.freqs)

after clicking on the low and high frequencies you need to hit on the keyboard. There is no RETURN button in the plot. That should do the trick.
