HPCs have requested that they have the ability to limit which users have access through CyberGIS-Compute. This means having both an allowlist (allowing only a select number of researchers access) and a denylist (blocking only a select set of users).
We likely also want to augment the SDK to better handle any errors and possibly not give users the HPC in the dropdown if they are not allowed to access it.
