update JSON login to avoid silent fails, confusing errors

Fixes #60

Move the login_json() (in CyberGISCompute.py) Try/Except block to include all of the file I/O and dictionary access.
Removed the silent login in the UI so that we can more easily debug these issues going forward.

@mitkotak and @taylorziegler could you both review this code and possibly test it out on CyberGISX when you get the chance?
