Clarity on download data contents

For the files on http://stats.cybergreen.net/download/ (e.g. the CSV at http://stats.cybergreen.net/api/entries.csv), we have:

opendns ad  2016    30  25.77   181

It's unclear if this is yearly data to date in aggregate, or counts and scores from the last week of data we received. Suggestions:

• Include a date / explanation on the download page with last data update
• Label the file with the last import date of the data e.g. entries-2016-08-16.csv
• Include a "week of year" field or full date in the CSV of the data date.
