Missing NTP data #87

Hi folks,

we are missing data for NTP it seems: https://cybergreen-staging.herokuapp.com/

Can you pls. check if it was exported correctly and imported?

The missing NTP files files (late Nov, Dec, and Jan) have been added to S3 now through to 20 Jan, and datapackage.json updated. We can close this issue once we've confirmed after @zelima has finished running the aggregation process.

There's a gap on 9 Dec which seems to be present in the upstream data - unable to confirm why just at the moment.

I wasn't too worried about the odd missing day because I figured for the beta we need to account for what we're going to do when we're missing data. Sometimes there are going to be gaps, we need display methods and metrics that account for that.

FIXED data is live for both sites
