Initial csv file in this repo, that we were using for Beta1 and Beta2 is not "complete". It is missing entries for several countries.
Currently it contains entries for 225 countries, while csv file from reference-data repo carries info for ~250 countries.

Its not possible to move file with more countries directly without modifying it first - As it:
does not contain all necessary info for future use, such are
"slug" - lowercased URL-friendly expression of country name
region

Also it contains entries without any info but official name Eg Channel Islands, and Sark. This two entries Have no ISO3166-1-Alpha-2.
Also there are Åland Islands like entries, which need to be converted to Aland Islands
There is no intermediate script that does all necessary modifications to finalize reference data.
