Contextual Maps: Info on hovering #441

Hi,

When I hover over a location on a contextual map, I would like the location 
info to appear instead of the post name. I don't want to change the behavior 
for the other maps but just this one. 

Eg: 
http://projectcloud.info/conferences/international-conference-on-secrecy-nationa
l-security-and-the-vindication-of-constitutional-law/

It takes a little PHP, but the example filter here may be what you want, or at 
least similar:
