UTF-8 page slugs aren't readable in the Global Mashup Page dropdown #683

I'm using the Cyrillic text "Общо застраховане" as a test title 
(no idea what it says). The URL encoding applied to page slugs renders this 
illegible. Probably it will be better to use post title in the dropdown.
