Turn off street view by default #822

Some of Google's new pricing descriptions indicate that Street View map loads might be counted in higher pricing tier.

A closer reading reveals that any use of the javascript API is counted as Dynamic map display.

It does look like a street view panorama may be counted as another load, but I don't think the map options make a difference.
