When pressing stop on a package, child downloads do not stop #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a package with many valid links
2. Wait for download to start
3. Select package, and click Stop Selected in the UI

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- All child downloads should stop

This stops queued downloads, which are paused to begin with. But not anonymous 
items that are waiting to begin downloading
