implement GPS comparison in HA #20

Ron,

The RTL-SDR -> HA works really fine now... In your general P2000 intergration, you made it possible to set a gps position and radius to compare against the p2000 alert.

Is it possible to do this with the p2000 sensor with an automation or script? (or a different intergration that uses the p2000 sensor created by the SDR?
