Announcement: I created 'addon-p2000_rtlsdr' #51

I have created a hassio-addon so you can run the P2000 receiver on your Home-Assistant Blue, or Yellow or...

It's an initial release. I cleaned the code up, rewritten parts of it, so I could have introduced bugs, or fixed them without knowing it ;-)
