Give entities a unique ID #14

Hi All,

Would be when created entities have a unique ID. So you can customise them etc within HA.

@poudenes not sure if this is possible with current setup, it uses the old device_tracker type, these are not sensors... I have to switch to new framework still... will put it on my list.
