Sleep Stages #45

Just got my first Garmin and was pleasantly surprised to find this integration! Just got it setup, but was curious if sleep stages come through or if I need to do something specific to see them? I thought they'd maybe be attributes of sleep time or something but can't seem to find them; or are they just not there?

Thanks for the great work, looking forward to exploring what Garmin offers compared to Fitbit.

I've been wondering something similar. Is there a clear way to check if Garmin thinks I'm asleep or awake? This could be really helpful for automatons as I have multiple folks in my home that wear a Garmin watch to bed. I can't seem to find that data point

I've been trying to create some automations based on the sleep confidence sensor from my phone, it's not perfect and would love to capture it from my garmin.

I am trying to turn off all the lights left on if I fall asleep.

I would like to use to turn off my TV when I go into deep sleep. Lying still is sometimes seen as light sleep. Did someone already found a solution?
