Add boiler_setpoint

As my toon 1 is 'a bit' slow I try to remove as many apps as possible. Since the boiler setpoint is available in /happ_thermstat?action=getThermostatInfo (rounded to a full degree) I have included it in the toon_climate to eliminate the need for toon_boilerstatus
