Race Predictions #154

Race predictions endpoint for runners. Takes zero or three parameters and returns the time predictions for a 5k, 10k, Half, and Full marathon.

Someone should test this, since it appears you need to include your display name in the endpoint (which I tried to do via using the display name property of the garmin class), but I want to be sure it works for others as well

Thank you, my result are 'None' by I have no previous races in past Year.
