Add Goals API calls #97

Changes

Add get_goals method to API client (status param can be "active", "future", or "past"
Add all 3 variations to example program
Fix typos in README and example.py
Remove json from pip install instruction (json is a built-in lib)

Wow @dpfrakes this is a very nice PR, also for fixing the spelling errors (i'm not English native speaker as you can tell) and solving the goals API call, thanks a lot!
