Refactor, add auto analysis #63

Add auto analysis steps to:

RE any functions with default names
Examine and apply types to any data with default names
Perform some default analysis (CTF, Malware, Vulnerability, etc)

Split re_tools.py into re_tool_box with another class for each tool. This can now be read by humans! 🎉🙇‍♀️

Todo:

[ ] Make analysis cancel work (not sure what this issue is)
[ ] Improve prompts for analysis steps
[ ] Confirm shutdown works properly
[x] Make things cheaper or warn the user
