Also, like the previous issue with the ICSP pins. It's also best to remove the 6 serial communication pins on the top of the Pro-Mini. They are the pin headers usually soldered directly to the Arduino board, and programmed with an FTDI breakout board.
I found a better solution here, right under Sparkfun-Boards.lbr.
Thank you very much for this library, this is exactly what I am looking for.
In "Pro-Mini-2" (the latest version for Pro Mini), there is no connection for Pin A4/5/6/7 in the schematic. They are the pads in the middle of the board. A4/A5, although optional to users, provides I2C communication, which is also very important for some applications.
