Tellstick becomes slow #3

Have two Tellstick Znet Lite v2 with firmware v1.1.1 and one of them becomes extremly slow on the local api at times. Like 60+ seconds for a request. Sometimes dying completly and going offline.

According to Telldus support you should only poll Tellstick local api once a minute!!! That makes it remarkably unusable for speeding up access

current version has code that pause between requests to tellstick for 300ms. We will see if it helps. Tests are running.
