Error on install, Install fails #909

I got error on install packet:
SlimDX Runtime .NET 4.0 x64 (January 2012).msi

I have windows 8.1 64bit.

Error from event viewer:

Product: SlimDX Runtime .NET 4.0 x64 (January 2012) -- Error 1935. An error 
occurred during the installation of assembly 
'SlimDX,version="4.0.13.43",culture="neutral",publicKeyToken="B1B0C32FD1FFE4F9",

AND

Even more info:
I installed it with option /l for logging file.
File as attachment.
