is there any chance you'd provide one? using a package feels like a more correct way than copying files around

Dear @caryoscelus I'm currently deeply involved with what I see as a "successor" to JSON and JSON canonicalization. Rationale: https://github.com/cyberphone/cbor-everywhere A JavaScript implementation: https://github.com/cyberphone/CBOR.js#cborjs

I doubt that I have any cycles to spend on package for the "predecessor" :(
