Likely a rare case but the Tex in the title was transcribed into the title 
field, which can't handle the HTML/Tex display. Bot should, if possible, turn 
the Tex back into plain text.

Sorry, this doesn't look like it's a common enough error for it to be worth the 
bot correcting it; there are so many potential variants that introduce the 
scope for bugs to creep in.
