fails without error message on Intelligence quotient #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to run citation bot on Intelligence quotient

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the bot to process the page. The page is never changed.

If applicable, please provide a link to an errant edit made by the bot.
no edit made

How was the bot initiated?
several times through the widget and the website. I tried with the fast and 
through options, but it didn't matter which one i chose. The page never begins 
to load the log of changes. i think it just gives up.

Please provide any additional information below.

Looks like an HTTP timeout; the bot is handling the page fine via the server.  
Nothing I can think of to do here, I'm afraid.
