Moving UI Window function causing black area #1

The two working parts in ui, is Renderer, and UI itself. The issue prevents any use of the UI Api. The issues are rather frustrating, and much work is required by the UI, however its simply not working. Ill look at this later on

Reduction in debugging, it may make it a little harder for fixing

I have decided to venture off and tweak a lot of things and add new features like threading.. Postponed until later...

A rendering overhaul rewrite is due, but may still be postponed since a need for threading surpasses this priority.
