The fomod install wizard has been broken into more reasonably sized chunks, and should now be possible to test things like:

Are flags parsed correctly?
Are flags vs expected_flags matched correctly?
installation of mock Relighting Skyrim, mock Immersive Citizens, mock SMIM, mock Base Object Swapper, etc.
