Realistic Water 2 and SMIM missing textures #27

These have both been broken for quite a while, maybe even forever. This is likely a fomod configuration issue that causes texture files to be installed in a different place than the esp looks for them at.

Files are being copied to the correct place but some are missing. It appears that the missing files are ones where the filename appears in multiple locations.
