XPI.bat not finding statusbarex.dll and IStatusbarExCore.xpt

the XPI.bat file is reporting the files are missing, when they are present at 
the location the batch file points too.

is the dll even used anymore? the statusbar appears to work without it.

Yes, I use js-ctypes to rewrite the XPCOM, so the dll is not needed :)
